In the shelter of the pines, next to the center of Šventoji town, right next to the sea full of holidays, on a quiet Pylimo street, a log two-storey villa awaits guests all year round.
Overview
The villa has four rooms. Perfect for both small families and companies of up to 14 people. The villa has an inner courtyard, where you can always grill all your favorite barbecues or other steaks. The two rooms on the first floor of the villa are equipped with all amenities, the two rooms on the second floor are equipped with partial amenities - both rooms have a spacious spacious shower with toilet. The villa is suitable for the reception of guests all year round - it is equipped with a modern air conditioner, which pleasantly refreshes during the summer, and in cool or cold weather - heats and maintains the desired temperature indoors.
We kindly invite you to stay in Villa “Rojus” 20 sq. M. m. in a room with partial amenities (WC with shower shared by guests of the adjoining room). Room is located on the second floor of the villa with a private 20 sqm. outdoor terrace.
The “pillow fee” (municipal fee for the use of the public infrastructure of Palanga resort) is not included in the rental price.
1 adult per day – € 1.00. There is no charge for children under 18.

- Payment: Cash and / or wire transfer (advance);
- Minimum stay is 3 nights.
- The mini villa can be booked in advance by paying a 1-day rental advance. Until the advance payment has been made, the reservation shall be deemed not to have been confirmed;
- The remaining rental amount is payable on the day of arrival in cash or by bank transfer;
- In case of cancellation, change of circumstances, non-arrival, the deposit will not be refunded;
- Departures on a spontaneous period of a pre-booked period will not be refunded;
- For property that is damaged or otherwise destroyed, property owners can claim monetary compensation equal to the average cost of the damaged / destroyed property;
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa;
- Villa owners reserve the right to evict them without refund due to misconduct by guests (malicious damage to property, noise after 11pm, hooliganism, etc.).
- By making an advance payment, you confirm that you agree to our accommodation policy and have no claims against us;
